With Canada Day fast approaching, I thought it would be fun to come up with a list of hilarious Canadian stereotypes & slang.
And yes some of these are definitely true.
Why Dads Are Awesome
Since it’s Father’s Day, I figured what better time than to celebrate the dad’s in our lives!
My dad is awesome. He’s so unbelievably loving and caring and always wants the best for me. He’s always there to support me in whatever I am doing, and is constantly cheering me on (mostly through a plethora of emojis). I totally get my sense of humor from him – sarcastic & goofy.
I thought it would be fun to reminisce on some typical “dad things” my dad has done.

Advice For The High School Graduate
With high school graduation coming up (or just passing!) I thought I would share a tidbit of advice for the recent graduates.
I know I’ve only been graduated from high school for three years, but a lot has happened and changed in those three years, and I have some advice to share.
Fresh Tomato & Olive Oil Pasta
I’m a huge pasta person, I love me some carbs.
So I am always looking for ways to mix up my pasta dishes (macaroni & cheese gets a little old sometimes).
I’d always been curious about those olive oil pasta dishes – they seemed light and yummy, and probably easy to make.
I then decided to come up with my own, based upon spices that I enjoy.
